Yeast Pitched

We made a quick trip to San Marcos for Ed’s 90th birthday party today. Arrived back in the The Woodlands around 7:30 PM and got to work testing. Brix came in at 23.2, mixed up yeast and pitched around 9:00 Saturday night. We are making wine!
