A Pressing Engagement!

Last night the Brix showed to be zero. This morning we began cleaning the press, second fermentor and other equipment. The free run wine had good color. We pressed the grapes, broke the cake up and then pressed a second time. After a quick taste check I think 2018 LBC is going to be a winner.
