Second Racking ... Move to Oak

Today we completed the second rack on our 2018 Lunch Bag Cab.  The wine is clearing nicely and continues to develop.  We also moved the wine from neutral storage to oak where it will stay until bottling.  The oak will add more complexity and depth to the our 2108 LBC.
