The Quiet Stage

There is not much activity now.  The wine is resting on oak and is continuing to clear and develop complexity.  This is the time for patience.  We will be performing our third racking in the upcoming weeks and while we wait, work is progressing on 2018 Lunch Bag Cab labels.
